IS YOUR SITE A SECURE SITE?
Any personal information given to FFNYC will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. FFNYC site server will secure your personal information with the latest firewall and ecryptions during your ordering process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. For domestic orders please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for the transit time of your merchandise. For international orders please allow up to 6 to 12 business days for the transit time of your merchandise. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at orders@frugalfindsnyc.com.
CUSTOMS
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. FFNYC cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain, if any, additional charges will be applied to your order. If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to FFNYC at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of package. Final shipping costs will be calculated at check out. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply depending on location.

FFNYC may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in FFNYC' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or FFNYC, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
